Aqualyze Stream - For Hard Water Areas. The simplest in home plumbing drinking water systems with the added benefit of DIY Installation, being of steam lined design and consisting of minimal components, the Stream is the favourable choice of space saving, under sink, filtration systems with low running costs and is space saving. Because the water varies around the country, the stream has a choice of two system options : one for soft water areas and the other for hard water areas. Both systems remove bad taste, odour, chlorine with the option for hard water areas having built in scale control. Installation The Simplicity of the Stream makes this system a popular choice and ideal for the DIY enthusiast. Installation requires no shutting off of the water supply or cutting of pipes, hence an easy DIY Installation for yourself or your installer. The system comes with step by step instructions. Replacement Filters The filter cartridge in this system requires replacing at regular intervals. Cartridges are fitted with push fit connectors ensuring simple cartridge changes. Cartridges can be purchased from Lakeside and we can either post them on a scheduled basis or alternatively we offer a filter change service whereby an engineer would visit to change the filter.
