Aqualyze Waterway - For Soft Water. The Waterway is a simple in home plumbing drinking water system that it plumbed inline and consists of a housing with cartridge and tap. The Waterway is a very popular model due to its construction and use and again is space saving, under sink system with low running costs. Because the water varies around the country, the waterway has a choice of two system options : one for soft water areas and the other for hard water areas. Both systems remove bad taste, odour, chlorine with the option for hard water areas having built in scale control. Installation The Waterway comes with a simple housing design which the cartridge fits in to, this is installed on the inlet pipework and connected to a faucet. Again an ideal system for the DIY enthusiast. Installation requires shutting off of the water supply and cutting into pipes. The system comes with step by step instructions. Replacement Filters The filter cartridge in this system requires replacing at regular intervals. Cartridges are fitted by removing the housing bowl and inserting the cartridges simply. Cartridges can be purchased from Lakeside and we can either post them on a scheduled basis or alternatively we offer a filter change service hereby an engineer would visit to change the filter.
